I make abstract art, and occasionally landscape paintings. I'm actually thinking of submitting some to a juried exhibition coming up in June. Here's some of my work.

Also, how do I post images?

Yea, this one looks awesome. Kind of what I'd imagine it looks like on Jupiter if you got below the clouds.

These are all done with acrylic pouring medium from Liquitex. I found a short video of somebody that uses a similar technique to me. I like to put the paint in condiment bottles to create fine lines like in the first three I posted.

I love acrylic mediums. Have you ever played with string gel? it's also by liquitex, and a lot of fun to work with.

I might have to give this a try, I might have some pouring medium around if it's still good.

I would also hang these on my wall, if my wall wasn't already covered with art.

I imagine this is what the windshield of the bus will look like, as I'm driving us all to hell!

Cool! I would also hang these on me walls but I have no wall space left lol. I never tried string gel, I'll have to look it up. But I did some more digging and found cell art. Here's one I did this morning with pouring medium, silicone treadmill lubricant and acrylic paints. It kinda reminds me of some paper marbling I used to do. Hopefully I can get the image to post this time lol.

I think I might try this, could be a cool piece to hang if it turned out that well.

Oooh, that looks like a lot of fun to make! I looked at some of the related videos, and I especially like the marble-y looking ones ... and I'm thinking something with white and gray and metallic gold paint would look really cool (like gold veins in quartz).

I highly encourage everyone to give it a shot! It's not very expensive to make an 8x10 or even 11x14 canvas, it's when you start buying gallons of stuff that it gets expensive lol.

Here's a couple more. I've also noticed that the cell formation reminds me of some paper marbling I used to do, so I put one at the bottom as an example..
