Of all the times to upgrade, why did it have to be now?

I have an old AM2 system with a Radeon R5 340X hold-me-over that I'm looking to finally replace. Of course, trying to get a decent video card now is insanely difficult. I'm looking to get either a RTX 3070, 3060 or a Radeon 6700 XT when it gets released (Thanks for the heads up Don). The rest will probably be a Ryzen 5 3600 CPU and 16 gb of RAM. I already have a 1TB NVME ssd and a 1920x1200 monitor.

Question on ram speed with this CPU AMD Ryzen 3 3200G 4-Core Unlocked Desktop Processor with Radeon Graphics. Yes I know its a 4 core , will this function well with 16gb 3200 ram and a RTX2060 or would a 5700 amd card be better , or is the 3200 a bad match for this CPU it will all be going in this mobo

Computer Freezing Up

So whenever I start up my computer it keeps freezing up in the first 5 minutes or so. This will happen 2 -3 times while I reboot before it starts acting normal. Any thoughts?

I do this cleanup every couple months and thought I'd share...

My TF2 is set to take a screenshot at the end of every round. Lots of memories and fun to look through To save very clear, crisp shots though, the game saves files as TGA... Targa... most of you have probably never seen these, or if you have, it's been a while. Very nice 24-bit images from the late 80s....

Computer fan making noise

One of the fans in my (admittedly old) tower just started making a noise. I t kinda sounds like a diesel truck idling.

I of course opened it up and dusted it out with a can of air as best I could but the sound is still here. There are three fans that could be making the noise but I'm not sure which one. If it is the CPU fan, I'm in the hurt locker and need a new one ASAP. If it is the top exhaust fan or the rear exhaust fan (least probable of the three) its still important but not urgent....

For the past few weeks I've had the problem where I can't load the website fith.co. I'm getting a server not found error. At first I though the server was down, but it's been way too long. I haven't had time to troubleshoot much but maybe someone has some ideas.

I accessed the site from my phone on mobile so I know it still exists. I get the error, server not found on my computer. I tried again on my phone with WI-FI, server not found.

Okay, either I've been ip banned, or my router is...

Was reading this, for whatever reason... and noticed... the main server is 216.52.148.223:27015... 27060 being the fun map server. But gameme isn't supposed to be looking at 27060 I thought. Anyway, the part that got me was "kicking your server at 27015 off of t...." and then it cuts off. Just wanna make sure we aren't going to lose years of stats

Lately I've noticed a little command window popping up, running something, and then closing... but it's enough of a disruption to take focus off the game, make you stop walking/firing in TF2 and in Warcraft. Wife noticed it, too, we're both running Windows 10.

I'm posting the solution in case someone else is having an issue.

It's still linking to the old one, unless you guys are still trying to figure out how to get the login for this forum to work on the website to link to this one.
